Heat therapy (hot packs):

Application:
Hot therapy (hot packs):
Place pack flat in microwave and heat for 30 seconds. Continue heating at 10 second intervals until desired temperature is reached. Kneed pack after each heating interval to evenly distribute heat.
Cautions: Microwave power levels vary. Overheating may cause injury
Cold therapy (cold packs):
Store your pack flat in a freezer 1 to 2 hours to chill. It can then be applied to the affected or inured area. The special Hot & Cold Pack frost free surface is pleasant to touch and gently insulates.
