1. General
This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through our website and online shop. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Delivery Policy.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this policy.
2. 7-calendar-day Return Policy
Unless otherwise stated, return requests must be submitted within [7] calendar days from the date of receipt.
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
3. Eligible Returns
The goods MUST BE either a manufacture defect or a shipping error on our part (e.g. wrong size)
It is not a Sale Item. All sale and clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Returns may be accepted only if the item is unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories and gifts, if any.
Items must be returned in a resalable condition and properly packed to avoid damage during return shipping.
4. Badminton Rackets
All badminton rackets are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once sold.
If a racket is damaged after use and you would like us to assist with a warranty or supplier claim, please email us first with clear photos of the damage.
Once we review and confirm the case, we will advise you on how to return the racket to us for inspection and claim processing.
All related costs, including return shipping and any handling charges, will be borne by the customer.
Any final decision on the claim or replacement will be subject to the decision of the relevant agent, supplier, or distributor.
Customers are responsible for confirming the racket specifications, including weight, grip size, and balance before placing an order.
5. Wrong, Defective, or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong item, a defective product, or a product damaged in transit, please contact us within [48] hours of receipt with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
Please keep all original packaging and contents until the issue is resolved, as we may require them for investigation or claim processing.
If approved, the item will exchange a new one for you and the shipping cost is to be borne by you. If the item is sold out, you can choose other products for replacement and pay the difference if any.
All goods can exchange for one time only.
6. Procedure to apply the Policy
a. To request a return, exchange or refund, contact us within 7 calendar days after receipt of the goods by email stating order number, invoice number, invoice date, reason for return and supporting photos.
b. Upon receipt of the email, we will confirm your request. Without prior notice, no return or exchange or refund is allowed.
c. Absence of the brand/product label, shoe box or goods that are being broken or spoiled are not acceptable
d. Shipping cost for the return goods and replacement to be borne by the customers
e. All return goods must be sent to the following address:

7. Refund / Cancellation
We will do a full refund without any charges if an item ordered are not available or wrong item sent.
Any other approved cancellation/refund, is subject to a deduction of 10% handling fee out of the total transaction amount, payment gateway fees as well as shipping fee if applicable.
After deduction, the amount will be refund to you using the original payment method.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and bank, and we are not responsible for delays caused by third parties.
