1. Delivery Scope
We provide delivery services within Hong Kong and to selected overseas destinations as specified at checkout.
Delivery availability may vary depending on the destination, product type, and shipping method selected.
2. Order Processing

3. In-stock Item
Most of the order are in-stock items. We will send out your in-stock item once your payment is approved by payment gateway and the receipt of our email advising the shipment is on the way.
4. Out-of-stock Item
If your order is an out-of-stock item. it will clearly be marked "Out-of-Stock" when you place the order. You are feel free to contact us via email or WhatsApp for checking the re-stock date.

You are warrant that all the information and details you provide to us for any order is true, accurate and complete.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact number, and recipient information.

6. Shipping method and costs
CYF Badminton Company offers WORLDWIDE Delivery (for most of the countries) by Hongkong Post EMS Service.
For local delivery, we will use SF Express as our local carrier to deliver the goods to our customer.
All parcel (international and local) is charged according to the weight of the package, destination and shipping method.
Shipping fees will be calculated and shown at checkout, unless otherwise stated.
7. Delivery
CYF Badminton Company ensure the product can reach to the customer in a safely condition and a faster time.
We ship on business days, not being a weekend or a public holiday. All accepted order will be processed within [3] working days after receipt of the payment and our order confirmation. If any of your ordered items is out of stock, we will advise you the new stock arrival date immediately.
8. Failed Delivery
